Most notably, a clear vision and aspirations set out in the Sustainable Development Goals project will become more vital than ever once the world begins to recover from the impact of the novel coronavirus pandemic, the UN leader emphasised. Moreover, the country has been making a range of important contributions to supporting sustainable peace in its capacity as a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council (UNSC). The 75th anniversary of Vietnam's National Day is set to occur as they country takes on the roles of ASEAN Chair and UNSC non-permanent member, therefore reflecting its increasingly strong presence within the international arena, he added.
