Tourism in the Mekong Delta shows good growth

The first nine months of 2018 saw more than 30 tourist arrivals in the Mekong Delta, indicating a 12% rise compared to the same period last year.

The provinces of Trà Vinh, Bến Tre, Sóc Trăng, Hậu Giang, and An Giang received the most impressive growth in arrivals. An Giang Province attracted 8 million arrivals, making it the locality with the highest revenue from tourism, at about 170 million US dollars.
