The qualification and final rounds of Robocon Vietnam 2020 will be canceled

According to the announcement of the Organization Board of Vietnam Robot Creation Contest, due to the complicated situation of COVID-19 epidemic in the world with high risk of infection, in order to avoid large concentration of people, the national qualifying and final rounds of the Vietnam Robot Creation Contest this year - Robocon Vietnam 2020 will not be held.

In order to select a team representing Vietnam to participate in the international round, the Organizing Committee will base on the performance of teams and schools in the past years to formulate criteria and find one team from one school. This team will participate in this year's Asia-Pacific Robot Creation Contest - ABU Robocon 2020 in Fiji.

According to the Organizing Committee, this is a situation that arises due to an objective factor, therefore, the Organizing Committee hopes that the school and the teams will understand the difficulties that the Organizing Board has to face and continue to take part the competition in the years to come.
