In response to the Prime Minister's initiative "Support for the National Innovation Startup Ecosystem until 2025" (Project 844), the reality TV program The K - Vietnam Dream 2024 was launched for the first time. It is jointly organized and produced by VTV Times and Vincent Holding JSC. The program aims to create a breakthrough in e-commerce and achieve sustainable values: CONVENIENT shopping - Sincere Sales - Significant Goods.
The K, symbolizing the "Key", aims to open up new avenues for industries in Vietnam with sustainable development goals. It helps Vietnamese businesses build their local brands, aligning with consumer preferences. It also brings together individuals with the potential to become professional KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and KOCs (Key Opinion Consumers), who are willing to experiment and offer honest product recommendations directly to consumers, shaping the future of e-commerce.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Pham Quoc Thang, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of VTV Times, emphasized that the program provides equal opportunities for everyone, regardless of their background. He said: " The contestants not only compete with each other but also have to overcome their limitations. This is the benefit they gain from participating in this program". The K also focuses on training a new generation of professional sales ambassadors in the context of a rapidly changing economy from traditional to digital.

The K - Vietnam Dream 2024 provides opportunities for the new generation of Sales Ambassadors to learn and enhance skills such as deal closing, negotiation, and professional ethics, contributing to personal growth and work efficiency. It is also an opportunity for businesses to promote their products and services, attract investment, develop production, and improve smart supply and demand through nationwide e-commerce activities. This will help create a sustainable ecosystem that connects consumers, businesses, and "clean" sellers in Vietnam. Speaking on behalf of the production team, Mr. Han Van Cau, Chairman and CEO of Vincent Holding, explained the structure of The K - Vietnam Dream 2024: "Contestants will be trained in essential skills to master a LIVE session. The program will also provide a dynamic environment for contestants to gain hands-on experience through MEGALIVE sessions in various provinces, showcasing unique agricultural products." He emphasized that fairness is a top priority for the program. Each round features balanced challenges to ensurethat fairness is always evident in each episode. Moreover, the judges are fair, experienced, and able to recognizethe potential qualities hidden in each contestant.

The first season of The K - Vietnam Dream 2024 promises to be innovative and engaging. Through two high-quality selection rounds: Casting and Filming, divided into 8 episodes, the contestants will face various challenges to develop fresh ideas and unique ways of interacting with customers. Additionally, with the presence of popular KOLs/KOCs and a highly skilled advisory and judging panel with expertise in health, beauty, food, and other fields, the program promises to attract a large number of participants and become a prominent event shortly. The program's design and production process is expected to create a vast network that will help companies provide consumers with high quality and low-cost OCOP (One Commune One Product) products.
