The heightened roles of Vietnamese think-tanks
VTV.vn - Only seven Vietnamese think-tanks made the top 100 in Asia 2017 list, according to the University of Pennsylvania.
Only one made the list in 2016, and none before. The Industrial Revolution 4.0 also brings the need for research and policy advice to surge, leading to the strengthened role of think tanks. Therefore, it is necessary to have an environment where the think-tank community in Vietnam integrates into a more professional and comprehensive level.
