Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam among top employers in Asia for third consecutive year

The company stood out this year by being honored across every award category, including Most Caring Company, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Sustainable Workplace, and Tech Empowerment. The HR Asia Awards, one of the region’s most respected HR recognitions, are based on comprehensive employee surveys assessing engagement and workplace satisfaction.

With more than 30 years of operations in Vietnam, Suntory PepsiCo directly employs over 2,800 people, of whom 99% are Vietnamese. The company operates five factories nationwide and is building a sixth plant in Tay Ninh, which will become the Suntory Group’s largest facility in the Asia-Pacific region.

Beyond its workplace policies, the company continues to drive sustainability initiatives. Its "Mizuiku – I Love Clean Water" program has reached over 1 million primary school students nationwide and was integrated into Vietnam’s national curriculum in 2023. Meanwhile, its "Water of Life" reforestation project has restored nearly 260 hectares of watershed forest since 2021 through a public–private partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.

Industry experts view such recognition as part of a broader trend in Vietnam’s corporate sector.
