Study on punishment of tobacco violations

VTV.vn - Although the Law on Tobacco Harm Prevention and Control has been enforced for six years, smoking still occurs in public or forbidden areas.

The Ministry of Health is studying the "delayed" punishment mechanism for this behavior.
