Strengthening security for the EU-Arab League Summit

The Summit will take place within 2 days. The purpose of the summit is for the two regions to enhance cooperation in their common strategic priorities. The issues that will be discussed include security, economic development, issues involving Palestine, conflicts in Libya, Syria and Yemen. At least 20 government leaders will participate in the summit, including German Chancellor Angela Merkel and British Prime Minister Theresa May.
