Solar power plant to be built in Ninh Thuan
VTV.vn - The ground-breaking ceremony of the Bim1 solar power plant project was held inQuán Thẻ Village, in Ninh Thuan Province's Thuan Nam District, by Bim Group and its partner AC Energy, a member company of Ayala Corporation from the Philippines.
This is the first solar power project to be carried out in the province. The US$ 35.3 million plant with a capacity of 30 Megawatts will be built on an area of 35.5 hectares. The plant will produce up to 48 million kWh of power annually. It is expected that the Bim 1 solar power plant will be connected to the national grid in the third quarter of 2018.
