Soc Trang prepares for weakened typhoon Tembin
VTV.vn - ven though Typhoon Tembin has weakened, Soc Trang province still expects heavy rains and winds to arrive.
Damage prevention measures are still being carried out to minimise the storm's threat to local people and property. It is estimated that 29,000 people were evacuated in Soc Trang province and that no damage has been recorded so far. Damage prevention efforts will continue to be carried out until the storm completely subsides.
