SME development fund

Enterprises that need assistance from the fund can go directly to the Development fund under the Ministry of Planning and Investment.

The sectors eligible for loans are: Agriculture, forestry and aqua fisheries; manufacturing industry, water management, waste and waste water treatment; and start-ups. Enterprises must have at least 2 years of operations. SMEs will benefit from the special interest rate, which is 40% lower than the market rate for 10 years.
