Shangri-la Dialogue 2017 calls for rules-based order
VTV.vn - The Shangri-la Dialogue, also called the Asia Security Summit, officially opened on Friday evening in Singapore.
It is an inter-governmental security forum that is organized annually and is attended by Ministers of Defense and Generals from 50 countries around the globe.
Anti-terrorism, nuclear threats or tensions over military patrols and exercises in the East Sea are scheduled for discussion in other sessions of Shangri-La Dialogue.
