Seoul welcomes North Korea's gradual denuclearization

Nam Gwan-pyo, senior director from Seoul's presidential National Security Office, said that the the claim by US website 38 North that North Korea has started to disassemble Sohae Satellite Launching Station 'will likely have a good effect on denuclearization.' South Korea's unification ministry also said on  Tuesday that it could push to establish permanent representative offices in Seoul and Pyongyang if inter-Korean relations improve further.
