Search area for missing pilot to be expanded

He made the order at a meeting with the National Committee for Search and Rescue. According to the Committee, today the search area will be expanded to the south of the Vung Ang Economic Zone. In addition, the search area will also be extended to the north in the 120km off-shore waters. 32 warships and 144 fishing vessels have been deployed for the search operation. A flight commander station at sea has also been set up to direct search and rescue activities in the area.
