Residents in Phong Tho District evacuated

This helps the on-going rescue and evacuation process. People from two communes, Vang Ma Chai and Mu Sang, where the most severe landslides occurred, are being evacuated to safer places. The local authorities and related forces are helping families move their houses and assets to the new area. Phong Tho District will create a project to review areas at risk of landslides to arrange better accommodations for the affected people.
