Reference exchange rate up by 3 VND at week’s beginning

With the current  +/- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rate is 23,144 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,796 VND per USD.

Major commercial banks reduced their exchange rates slightly.

Vietcombank and Vietinbank set 22,680 VND (buying) and 22,750 VND (selling), per USD, down by 5 VND from the end of last week.

At BIDV, the buying rate was 22,680 VND and the selling rate was 22,750 VND, per USD, down by 10 VND from the end of last week.
