Vietcombank cut both rates by VND5 to at VND22,690 (buying) and VND22,760 (selling).

BIDV listed the buying rate at VND22,695 and selling rate at VND22,765, unchanged from a day ago.

Meanwhile, Techcombank adjusted the buying rate down by VND5 to VND22,670 and raised the selling rate by VND5 to VND22,770.
