Red flamboyant flower festival kicks off in Hai Phong

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, along with around 3,000 domestic and foreign delegates, attended the gala night themed Hai Phong reaching out to the sea.

The event celebrates Hai Phong's history and achievements. Hai Phong has attracted the highest foreign investment in Vietnam.

This is the seventh year the Red Flamboyant Flower festival has been held. This year, the festival takes place on the 63rd anniversary of the city's Liberation Day. Over 60 activities are expected to be held.
