Real estate market in 2019 predicted to be challenging
VTV.vn - The supply of affordable housing has been decreasing, at just over 20%, while middle and high-end housing is at nearly 80%.
The HCM City real estate market is now facing an imbalance as supply has failed to meet demand. However, by the end of 2018, many projects had slowed down, so plans to introduce new projects to the market in 2019 have also been affected.
