Quang Ninh attracts social capital for transport projects

VTV.vn - The Vân Đồn Airport project, which is built under the BOT model for the first time, and a few other key transport projects in Quảng Ninh Province have attracted a huge amount of private investment.
Quảng Ninh is also considered the leading locality in terms of attracting social capital for infrastructure development.
Particularly, Vân Đồn Airport enjoyed 43.9 million USD from the province’s budget, but 307 million USD from private capital. Hạ Long - Vân Đồn Highway and Bạch Đằng Bridge also attracted an amount of capital that’s triple the investment from the local budget.
