Proud Melody of November: the First Lesson

On the occasion of the Vietnam Teachers' Day, November 20, the Entertainment Program Production of Vietnam Television named the Proud Melody episode of November as "the First Lesson". The program was broadcast live on VTV1 on November 16.

The Proud Melody program of November conveys the message of a continuous learning spirit. The values ​​of the past, present, and future as connected and transmitted to a large audience through the opening art performance The Fairy Tale of Humans, inspired from the poem of poet Xuan Quynh. In addition, education issues that are of concern to the society will also be discussed by the prestigious jury panel which includes People's Teacher Nguyen Vo Ky Anh, Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh, Do Thuy Duong - Representative of People's Council and musician Duc Tri.

Through the program, the audience were able to meet the teachers who devote themselves to teaching at schools in mountainous areas. They are the teachers who teach in the morning and go fishing at night for living; there was a teacher who for 30 years who provides literacy for children in a leprosy village; it was the moment of crying and laughing of teachers and students when they think of each other.
