Prime Minister receives SMBC Executive Officer

Welcoming the SMBC delegation’s visit to Viet Nam, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc lauded the success in SMBC’s investment and its capital for key projects in Viet Nam, expressing his hope that the Corporation will expand its business and operation to contribute to the nation’s socio-economic development. The Vietnamese Government will support the Japanese investors, including SMBC, to launch their operation in Viet Nam, he asserted. Expressing his thanks for the Vietnamese Government’s support for the Corporation over recent years, Mr. Shosuke Mori confirmed that SMBC will continue expanding its business in Viet Nam.
