PM visits Cao Bang province

Bao Lam district, which shares a border with China's Guang xi province, is home to the mostdiverse ethnic groups in the province.

On the same day, PM Phuc attended a ceremony to inaugurate the Bao Lam hydropower plant in Lý Bôn commune. The 30MW plant will generate an average of 124 million KWh per year.
