PM sends congratulations to Japan's new Emperor

On behalf of the Government and People of Vietnam, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc warmly congratulated the Emperor, Empress, the royal family, and the Japanese people.

He also expressed his sympathy to the Japanese people on the heavy losses caused by typhoon Hagibis.

In his talk with Prime Minister Abe Shinzo, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc also sent his congratulations and expressed his belief that the strategic partnership between Vietnam and Japan will develop substantially in the future.
