Plan to limit personal vehicles in Hanoi

Hanoi's authorities have recently introduced a timeline for this process.

The campaign will be conducted in 3 phases. The first phase will be the preparatory process for reviewing and improving traffic administration in Hanoi bet ween 2017 and 2018. The authorities will then move onto limiting personal vehicles on certain days and accelerating public transport development between 2017 and 2020. From then till 2030, the city will move towards a full ban on motorbikes across the city's premises.
