PAMS-42) kicks off

Themed "Army Cooperation in the Indian Ocean and Asia Pacific in Humanitarian Aid and Disaster Relief," the workshop aims to promote cooperation between army forces in the region to cope with natural disasters, contributing to the maintenance of security and defense.

This year, Vietnam co-chaired the workshop with the participation of 27 countries.

The three main topics to be discussed during the sessions are the initial response of the Army in humanitarian aid and disaster relief, multilateral cooperation in humanitarian assistance and disaster relief, and enhancing the role of regional cooperation in humanitarian assistance and disaster relief.
