Overcrowding causes delayed and cancelled flights

Delayed and cancelled flights mainly occur at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, due to overloading. Each day, there are 700 flights on the north - south route. The Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh route is among the busiest and most vital domestic air routes. In Tan Son Nhat International Airport alone, the number of visitors exceeded 32 million, more than the designed capacity of 25 million visitors.
