Over than 400 schools in England receive bomb warnings

The email reportedly threatens to blow up the schools if they do not receive a ransom of 5,000 US dollars within three hours. Six schools across Hertfordshire were forced to be evacuated. Schools in London, Manchester and North Yorkshire were among those affected.

A number of schools were evacuated but police said there was no evidence the threats were terror-related. However, Department of Home Affairs and Department for Education have increased the security as the response to the potential threats.
