Over 16.000 traffic accidents occurred in the first 9 months

From preliminary statistics, there were 1.837 accidents with 697 deaths and 1.695 injuries in September. Compared to 2014, the number of accidents and deaths decreased except for deaths.

From the beginning of the year, the total number of accidents has been restrained on 3 criterion, compared to the same period in 2014.

In the first 9 months, there have been over 16.000 traffic accidents occurred nationwide, resulting in over 6.518 deaths and 15.000 injuries. Compared to 2014, deaths and injuries decreased by 240 and 115 people, respectively.
