Northwest province hit by 30-year record hailstorm

Hailstones as large as 10 centimetres left holes in many roofs and injured several farmers on their way to work. Many people had to rush to find shelter.

Meanwhile, an elevated tropical wind and rainfall occurred in Ha Giang Province, with showers, strong thunderstorms and winds in some places. Over 1,200 ha of vegetables and 800 roofs were damaged./.
