North-South expressway land clearance bottleneck
VTV.vn - Most of the land for the North-South Expressway Project will be cleared this year. This goal has been set by the Ministry of Transport for 13 localities that the expressway will run through.
Additional capital will be provided to localities that disburse funds beyond the set progress. However, site clearance works still face many problems. However, there are also localities that are unable to disburse funds according to the set progress, especially Dong Nai and Tien Giang provinces, leading to slow land clearance.
