NATO- Russia Council discusses IMF treaty

The meeting took place just two days after Russia had officially withdrawn from the Treaty, and the US had suspended its implementation since the beginning of this year.

The Russian Navy tested missiles in the eastern part of the Black Sea, while the army of 17 NATO members and Ukrainian and Georgian navies performed exercises in the northwest region of the Black Sea.
