National council on mass fish deaths founded

The council is headed by Professor Chau Van Minh, President of Viet Nam Academy of Science and Technology. It consists of scientists from different agencies to co-ordinate and control analysis outcomes and focus on such factors as chemistry, biology, hydrometeorology, and sea dynamics. The investigation will initially focus on biological and chemical causes.
