National Assembly adopts 5 laws

National Assembly (NA) deputies passed 5 laws including on the revised criminal code, revised maritime law, temporary custody and detention, referendums, and the law on fees and charges.  

Earlier, the deputies approved the revised Civil Procedure Code the revised administrative procedure code. They elected Nguyen Hanh Phuc as General Secretary and head of the National Assembly Office of the 13th National Assembly and approved 4 vice-chairpersons and 16 members to the National Electoral Council.
