NA debates draft supervisory law

Delegates agreed that the National Assembly can question government members when petitioned by delegates, without having to wait until the Assembly ratifies the contents of such petitions. Under the bill, supervision includes not only oversight and evaluation of individuals' and organisations' activities, but also settling issues within agencies or transferring them to the relevant authorities. It says that only the NA can perform the highest supervisory function, and that all top supervisory activities are to be conducted in NA sessions./.
