Ministers issues a joint statement on Vietnam - EU FTA

VTV.vn - On Friday, on the sidelines of the Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) in Brussels, Vietnamese Minister of Industry and Trade Trần Tuấn Anh and European Trade Commissioner Cecilia Malmström issued a joint statement reaffirming their commitment to trade agreements and investment.

Recently, the European Commission submitted the EU-Vietnam free trade agreement and the Investment Protection Agreement to the European Council for signature and conclusion.

When the European Council and the European Parliament reach a consensus, the Vietnam-EU Free Trade Agreement and the Investment Protection Agreement will be officially signed.
