Ministers announce slowest disbursement rate

It will indicate that three ministries and ten localities have the lowest disbursement rate of the period. These ministries and localities must explain the reasons and propose measures to overcome the issue.

Disbursement reports in the last fifteen days of the month will be summarized by the Ministry of Finance - together with evaluation and analysis of some typical cases with poor disbursement rates, to report to the Prime Minister for direction.
