Loans for poor households in Dak Lak Province
VTV.vn - The Vietnam Bank for Social Policies is offering 1.4 million USD in loans to households escaping from poverty in Dak Lak Province.
Those eligible for the loans include households which used to be poor households or at the poverty threshold. These include households with higher per capita income than households at the poverty threshold, according to current law, and have escaped from poverty for at most 3 years.
