LH-UDS “Warriors” and Their Triumphant Journey to Robocon Glory

The New Champion of Robocon Vietnam

With the theme “Basketball Warriors”, the 2025 Vietnam Robocon Contest brought together 62 teams representing technical universities, academies, and colleges from across the country.

Following their impressive performances in the preliminary rounds and surviving the intense matches of the group stage and knockout rounds, four teams from Lac Hong University made it to the quarterfinals. After fierce competitions, even against their own “brothers in arms”,LH-UDS steadily advanced to the top. Their final challenge was the ultimate showdown with Team K24-ROBOTICS from the Military Technical Academy.

Both teams displayed the true strength of Vietnam’s finest “warriors”, attacking and defending with such intensity that neither side could gain a clear advantage.

Thanks to two decisive scores and additional points awarded due to a penalty by K24-ROBOTICS, LH-UDS emerged victorious, earning the championship title of Robocon Vietnam 2025.

Right after their thrilling win, the members of LH-UDS shared: “We are overjoyed to win the championship and bring this honor to Lac Hong University.”

At the Robocon Vietnam 2025 final round, Lac Hong University had the largest  number of teams reaching the quarterfinals. According to the LH-UDS team captain, the university’s teams competed as one big family, so the championship trophy is a shared victory for all Lac Hong participants.

Looking back on their journey to the top, the LH-UDS members recalled: “Over the past 10 months, we’ve given it our all, with constant support from our teachers and friends. We  are proud and honored to bring home the title for Lac Hong University and trepresent  Vietnam  at ABU Robocon in Mongolia”.

Now, Team LH-UDS is not only Vietnam’s Robocon champion , but  the nation’s new hope as they prepare to represent Vietnam at the ABU Robocon 2025 in Mongolia. Faith, aspiration, and resilience will be their essential companions as they step into this international arena.

Robocon has long been a “battlefield” that nurtures the spirit of surpassing limits for thousands of tech-enthusiastic students. And now, with their 2025 championship, LH-UDS has proven that: No dream is too big. No peak is beyond reach with  enough passion and unwavering teamwork.

Their victory is a reward for their relentless effort, a tribute to their teachers, to Lac Hong University—a cradle of future inventors—and  a generation of students  dreaming of mastering technology and shaping the future. 

The journey to Robocon demands more than just a skillful robot; it requires a strong heart, a sharp mind, and an unyielding spirit. LH-UDS has proven  that they have it all.  They  will now continue to carry the Vietnamese dream forward, writing a new and radiant chapter for Vietnam on the Asia-Pacific Robocon map.  Their upcoming journey to Mongoliapromises to  be even more glorious, a milestone of youth, passion, and the brilliant Vietnamese  minds .
