Legal reforms target growth bottlenecks

They include the Bill on Support for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and amendments and supplements to the Law on Investment, Law on Bidding, and the Law on the State Budget. 

He instructed the Ministry of Finance to take note of the discussions and work closely with relevant ministries and agencies to quickly complete work on the four draft laws, ensuring quality, progress, consistency and feasibility. 

The ministry was also tasked with coordinating with National Assembly agencies during the appraisal, feedback, and revision processes. The Ministry of Justice has to review and be responsible for the consistency and coherence of the legal system once the laws are passed by the National Assembly.
