The launch ceremony of the VTVMoney economic information ecosystem together with the seminar "Digital communication promotes economic recovery" was held by the Center for Digital Content Development and Production (VTVDigital) this morning (May 24) in Hanoi.

Vietnam Television officially launches the VTVMoney economic information ecosystem.

Digital transformation is increasingly penetrating every industry and field, in which the media is also witnessing a strong transformation. Cross-platform communication is considered an inevitable trend that press agencies are targeting.

In Vietnam, the demand for economic, financial and investment information is increasing. The development of technology has brought many opportunities for everyone to become "content producers" and publish directly on digital platforms.

However, the challenge that it brought with is not small, given the dissemination of inaccurate, malicious and unverified information on social networks, causing in part negative impacts on public opinion, indirectly affecting the healthy development of the financial market in particular and the economy in general.

Therefore, the task of promoting the communication of truthful, authentic and reliable economic content on digital platforms by press agencies is extremely necessary.

With the aim of directing the content to a broader audience, not only to the audience sitting in front of the traditional television screen, but also to those who update the information hour by hour, minute by minute through mobile devices and smart devices, Vietnam Television has assigned the Digital Content Production and Development Center (VTVDigital) to build its own multi-platform economic content complex. It is the Economic Information Ecosystem called VTVMoney.

Speaking at the launch ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien, Deputy Director General of Vietnam Television, said: "VTV Money will be a multi-platform economic content complex from television to the Internet".

"The Vietnam Television will develop VTVMoney into the most prestigious economic-financial multiplatform communication complex in Vietnam, providing comprehensive, accurate, timely and personalized information to the public anytime and anywhere, objectively reflecting economic flows, awakening the aspiration to develop a powerful and prosperous country," she said.

Convergence of the most prestigious and unique programs in economics, finance and investment

In the VTVMoney ecosystem, the Business Finance program that airs daily on VTV1 is the core of the ecosystem. From this core, other economic programs will be launched in 2022:

- Cash Flow: specialized program on finance and banking broadcast every Saturday at 9:30 p.m. on VTV1.

- Order: the program provides objective and multidimensional information on the stock market, broadcast at 11:20 am every day on the digital platforms VTVgo, VTV.vn and digital channels Fanpage VTV24 Money, Youtube VTV24.

- Money Talk: talkshow sharing experience in investment, consumption, financial management with two versions of Money Secrets (11:20 every Wednesday) and Financial Freedom (20:00 every Friday) on VTVgo, VTV.vn; the channels Fanpage VTV24 Money and Youtube VTV24.

- Landshow (real estate angle), with the participation of social media influencer who will share investment experiences, good ideas in the real estate market on the digital platforms VTVgo, VTV.vn and the channels Fanpage VTV24 Money and Youtube VTV24 at 8:00 pm every Thursday.

In the coming times, VTVMoney's economic information ecosystem will expand to many other areas of public interest, with programs such as: Digital consumption, Techshow on technology, touching every corner of economic life, telling stories about a housewife's spending, or analyzing new trends such as cryptocurrencies, NFT or blockchain.

Sharing further about the VTVMoney ecosystem in particular, as well as VTVDigital's digital content development in general in the near future, Dinh Tran Viet, acting director of the Center for Digital Content Development and Production, specifically pointed out: "The Internet and connected technological devices have made it possible for audiences to no longer rely on a single device or a fixed location to view content. The audience now has full rights to decide what content to watch, on which device and when".

But in order to convince the audience to watch our content, we had to first convince our own team, who had been used to creating content in the "traditional" way for many years. "We will constantly improve VTVMoney through the continuous production of new programs, along with investment in technology to develop new features to give the audience better experience.
