VTV.vn - According to a report from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Mekong Delta region is currently being struck by landslides in nearly 400 locations.

A length of approximately 600 kilometres is being affected. Some 20,000 households in An Giang province and nearly 2000 households in Dong Thap province have had to evacuate.

In light of this situation, the Prime Minister has directed the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to coordinate with related agencies and local authorities to conduct field analyses to find appropriate solutions to reduce the worsening impact of landslides and ensure the health and safety of local residents.
