Landslide and sea encroachment in Thua Thien Hue

Sea water has penetrated the fields and farms, affecting aquatic products of locals in Tam Giang Cau Hai Lagoon. The floods in recent days have led to expansion of sea encroachment by 10 kilometres, on the coast of Quang Cong Commune of Quang Dien District, Thuan An Town, the communes of Phu Thuan, Phu Dien, Phu Hai and Vinh Thanh in Phu Vang District, and Vinh Hai and Vinh Hien communes in Phu Loc District.
