Lack of aviation human resources

This is the request made by Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc in response to the news that a lack of human resources, especially pilots and airplane technicians, is hindering the development of the aviation sector while the domestic aviation market has grown exponentially in recent years. Rapid growth and new airlines being launched have led to a great demand for highly qualified human resources.
