IPA supports EU and Vietnam investment ecosystem
VTV.vn - If the EVFTA is considered a key to promoting bilateral trade, then the IPA is a shield to complete the investment ecosystem of the EU and Vietnam and ensure fairness among investors.
Even when a dispute arises, IPA also ensures that parties will prioritize resolving disputes through negotiation and mediation. In unresolved cases, a council of EU and Vietnam citizens will be established to make judgments that even courts cannot overrule.
