International Children's Festival

With the theme "Colorful Cultural World", the festival is organized by Vietnam Television (VTV) to promote cultural exchange and to promote understanding and unity between children of the participating countries.

The children had a chance to visit famous attractions in Hoi An such as the Ancient House, Bridge Pagoda, and the Hoai River. They also met local artisans to see how they make lanterns, ao dai (Vietnam's traditional dress), and pottery products and tasted Hoi An's local specialties.
