Industrial revolution 4.0 requires innovative workers

This is the opinion of scientists at the conference on "What is the ideal type of human resource to VJU graduate students in Japanese companies" that recently took place at the Vietnam - Japan University. At the event, Japanese experts shared experience on how to keep up with the 4th industrial revolution. It was also agreed that skills are much more important than qualifications, and universities need to focus on this to provide innovative human resources to the market.
