VTV.vn - Huong Pagoda in My Duc District of Hanoi has been recognised as a special national relic site.

The certificate was delivered to the locality on September 19.

The complex was built under the reign of King Le Thanh Tong in 15th century.

It consists of Buddhist pagodas and caves and temples worshipping local agricultural gods.

Aside from its religious significance, the complex also holds special value in terms of its ecosystem, landscape, architecture, and history.

The ceremony also marked the 130th founding anniversary of My Duc district and sixty years since then President Ho Chi Minh visited Huong Pagoda.
