Ho Chi Minh City to open digitalized resources to the public

A database has been established. Though it's still in its testing stage, it will directly benefit each citizen, enterprise and investor in the city because it will become a shared resource in the future.

The first phase of the project is using the city budget, but the investment will come from social sources. This means the city will be asking for investors and enterprises to work together. The city's leaders have said that the smart city project will be regularly updated and improved.
