Ho Chi Minh City to merge small wards and communes
VTV.vn - Ho Chi Minh City is about submit a proposal for merging small wards and communes with size and population less than half of the standard to the Ministry of Home Affairs.
It is required that the rearrangement of these administrative units must be integrated and synchronized to minimize disruption to people's lives.
